Change of Plans

So, I have been doing some soul searching lately trying to decide if I was really taking my business in the right direction. I have come to the conclusion that I am not. I realize that I am spending more time trying to make a scrapbooking business that I spend doing my personal scrapbooking. I miss it! Also, while I have ended up with a pretty cool selection of inventory, I have strayed too far away from my focus on military scrapbooking.

I have decided that I am happy where I am in life and the business is becoming too much of a distraction (both mentally and financially) from what is really important to me. I started it to be able to support my habit, but I don't have time for my habit now. Does that mean Steph's Crop goes away completely - NO. I just won't be doing a whole lot more purchasing of inventory.

You will still be able to visit my booth at Carla and Tami's Scrap Pink in White Hall and we will have to see what I have in stock come April for Scrapping 4 Soldiers. I will also continue to host card crops for soldiers at the Maumelle Library.
I may put together a few packages of products and post them here for sale, but I will be closing down my online store. The Steph's Crop website will be redirected to http://www.life-documented.com/ since I have that domain registered for a longer period of time. For now, I will redirect Steph's Crop to this blog.

Steph,
I hate to hear this but I can understand what you are dealing with.
I do have several women that are interested in the stamp storage that you had at C4K's and they want alot of them. One women said she wanted at least 10.
Let me know if you do any packages of Army stuff.

Hugz,
Tami

Ah, yes, the stamp storage! I am sold out and it may be difficult for me to get more, but if I have enough people interested I will try to get them. The company that made them, Inque Boutique, sold to another company that has a large first minimum order. I plan to call them to see if they will continue to carry the Stamp Keepers. Maybe I can get enough people interested to be able to make the minimum. If all I order is the Stamp Keepers, I need to order 140 to meet the min. That would be about 10 Stamp Keepers for 14 people - not completely out of question.

I hate it for you too Steph. As you know I have been toying with the online store idea but don't know if I have the time or room. Can't wait to see you in October!!!

I can't wait for the October crop! I will have all my product with me and I have actually gotten some new things in so it won't all be the same as at Croppin' 4 Kids. I just decided the online store was more than I really want to spend time on right now.
